History
Studio Legale Marini was founded in 1973 by Prof. Annibale Marini, Lawyer, Chief Justice Emeritus of the Constitutional Court, former member of the High Council of the Judiciary (CSM) and Professor Emeritus of Private Law.
In 2025, member Professor Lawyer Francesco Saverio Marini was elected by the Parliament of the Republic as a constitutional judge.
